Child between 0-6 years: Stay for free with two guardians, extra bedding available on extra charge.

Guests above 6 and below 12 years: Stay @Rs. 1200/- per guest per night with extra bedding.

Guests over 12 years are considered as adults and stay @Rs.2000/- per guest per night.

Check-in/Check-out time: 1:00 pm Check-in & 11 am Check-out the next day.

Extended stay up to 4 PM @ 25% of the applicable Package.

One Child below 6 years can accompany their parents/ guardian free of charge. Children above 6-10 year(s) are charged Rs. 1,200/- per child per night with an extra bed. Guests over 12 years are considered as adults. Concessional Rates will be provided ONLY upon submitting a valid government-issued document evidencing the age of the child at the time of check-in.

Please note to confirm the booking, 100% payment to be made in advance before Check-In. In case any additional service is available, the tariff for the same is to be paid before availing the service.

No Cancellation or refund shall be applicable.

Food timing is fixed and the menu is as per chef selection.

Buffet timings: Welcome drink (1:00 PM), Veg. Buffet Lunch (1:30PM to 2:30PM), High- Tea (04.30 PM- 5.00 PM), Buffet Dinner (08:00 PM to 09:00 PM), and next day Buffet Breakfast (09:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

If unavoidable reasons, some food items as per the menu may not be available, we will try our best to provide you with your order or suggest an alternative as per the availability. Outside food is strictly not allowed.

We strictly follow the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, in consideration to keep the surroundings clean and green. We request our guest to follow the below:

Burning and disposing of non-biodegradable or toxic waste in the area is completely banned/restricted.

Please carry back all non-biodegradable litter, and leave accommodation litter-free before departing.

We do not promote bonfires. In case of special requests from guests, a bonfire may be allowed at INR. 1,000/- for 30 minutes.

Electricity supply at Club Platinum Resort may be erratic. While we have power backup in place, the same may take some human effort to kick it. While we are at it, witness the beauty of nature being apart from the digital world.

Any guest found with any gun or fireman shall be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Drinking alcohol outside the room booked, without a liquor license, is strictly prohibited. Intoxicants of any kind are not allowed inside Club Platinum Resort.

If any guest might get injured due to activities or whatsoever while they stay or visit us, we cannot be held responsible at any time and no cancellation or refund shall be applicable. Club Platinum Resort endeavors to promote our guest events, stays outing and experiences, and may shoot/record videos and images for promotion on the website, social media, or other media vehicles.

In case of any uncertainty or confusion concerning the terms of the Package, please seek clarification in writing, before the package is finalized. Please share the package details with your family to maintain clarity on inclusions.

If the money has been deposited or transferred to the bank account, please do not forget to carry the proof of this transaction. This will be required to be handed over at the time of check-in formalities at Club Platinum Resort.

"Force Majeure Clause" will be applicable. Club Platinum Resort or its management or its staff shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder due to "Force Majeure" which include fires, floods, storms, riots, Governmental control, acts of Gods, or whatsoever beyond reasonable control.
